Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to make a difference! /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n - Must have Leadership & Surgical Coding Experience. /n - Lead and inspire a team of Coding Team Leads, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement /n - Oversee all anesthesia and procedural coding, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and payer guidelines /n - Conduct meticulous audits, identify discrepancies, and provide targeted education to maintain top-tier coding standards /n - Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative staff to streamline documentation and coding processes /n - Develop and implement policies and procedures that drive efficiency and compliance /n - Leverage technology (like Epic EHR) to boost coding productivity and accuracy /n - Monitor performance metrics and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows /n - Stay ahead of industry changes in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and healthcare regulations /n - Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings effectively to leadership /n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n - Proven supervisory and leadership experience in medical coding and auditing /n - 2-5 years of coding expertise, with anesthesia experience preferred /n - Certifications such as CPC, CCS, or AHIMA credentials (CPMA a plus) /n - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills /n - Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office /n - A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /n /n /n /n *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
