Job Description: We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices . The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required and we encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries .
