Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an energetic and dedicated
Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a
permanent position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
customer-centric environment. The successful candidate will play a
crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, by
providing exceptional support and service to our customers. This
position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer
service role, with a strong understanding of our product portfolio.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through
various channels including phone, email, and social media. 2.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products to provide accurate
information to customers. 3. Resolve product or service problems by
clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the
problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem, and following up to ensure resolution. 4. Process orders,
forms, applications, and requests from customers. 5. Keep records
of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 6.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and
identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7.
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and
improve the customer experience. 8. Contribute to the development
and implementation of new customer service protocols and processes.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer
service role. 2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills
and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using
computers and various software applications. 5. Demonstrated
ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
6. Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and
understand new products. 7. High level of professionalism and a
customer-centric mindset. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. 9. Experience with CRM systems and practices
would be an asset. 10. High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
