Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
speech-language support for elementary school students in a
full-time, semester-long contract role, this position is ideal for
licensed professionals passionate about making a difference in
inclusive school settings. You will work onsite, splitting your
time between two elementary schools, supporting a diverse group of
students with varying disability-related needs within an inclusive
environment. Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy
services tailored to elementary school students across a range of
disabilities Collaborate with educators and support staff to
integrate speech goals into daily classroom activities Maintain
accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with school
policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to
student-centered planning Adhere to district requirements including
background checks and fingerprinting Qualifications: SLP with
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration
given to Clinical Fellows (CF) Active Connecticut licensure to
practice speech-language pathology Previous experience in
school-based speech-language pathology roles Ability to manage
caseloads across multiple school sites Successful completion of
district fingerprinting and background clearance Strong
interpersonal skills and comfort with onsite collaboration Work
Details: Locations: Split between two elementary schools in New
Haven area; specific sites to be determined Hours: Monday to
Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, totaling 35 hours per week Contract
Duration: Full semester from ASAP to June 9, 2026 Two openings
