Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school
setting in Waterbury, CT, serving students across multiple grade
levels including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. This contract role offers
weekly pay along with healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for
students. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress. - Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to
educational planning. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid SLP
certification and licensure as required by the state. - Experience
working with students across elementary, middle, and high school
grade levels. - Strong knowledge of speech-language development and
disorders. - Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse
student population. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
