Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time Special Education teaching position is
based in Waterbury, CT, supporting elementary school students in a
contract role for the current school year. The ideal candidate
holds valid Connecticut Special Education licensure and is
committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning
environment for young learners. Qualifications and Credentials: -
Valid Connecticut Special Education (SPED) licensure required -
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred - Strong
classroom management and individualized education planning skills -
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
Position Details: - Location: Waterbury, Connecticut - Setting:
Elementary School - Schedule: Full time, approximately 35 hours per
week - Job type: Contract for the current school year - Caseload
size and specific age group details will be provided during the
hiring process Responsibilities: - Develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students
needs - Deliver specialized instruction and support to students
with diverse learning needs - Track student progress, maintain
accurate documentation, and adjust instruction accordingly -
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists,
