You are the right hand to the Center Director and the go-to leader for teachers. This role blends people leadership, curriculum support, and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality experience for children, families, and staff. What Youll Do Support the Center Director with daily operations including staffing, scheduling, enrollment support, and classroom coverage Coach, mentor, and develop Lead Teachers to strengthen performance and retention Ensure strong, consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P.
