Position Type: Hourly, Part-Time, Seasonal Role Summary This instructor delivers full-spectrum Pilates instruction across all major apparatus and class levels, supporting advanced members and private training clientele. Scope of Teaching Reformer (all levels) Chair, Springboard, TRX, Barre fusion Private & semi-private training Key Responsibilities Teach multi-level classes with layered progressions Integrate props and modalities creatively and safely Build and retain private training clientele Adapt programming to meet diverse member needs Serve as a mentor to junior instructors Represent the studio in community events Requirements Comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 1–2 years reformer teaching experience Strong anatomy knowledge and injury awareness Powered by JazzHR reX34WKNi3
