Job Description Lead Platform Engineer, Workday (Advanced

technology driving Capital One. As part of a team that’s leading

integral part in advancing Capital One’s Human Resource Technology
ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion
automation of functional and technical processes and bring your
expertise to drive innovative solutions. General Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners to understand desired application
capabilities and testing scenarios - Understand and translate the
priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition
and strategies to meet the needs of the business - Deliver
solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced
Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized
processes while maintaining high standards - Effectively
communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence
solutions across business partners - Support clients during Annual
Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment,
as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements,
collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and
insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business
results. - Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on
Workday updates, fixes and capabilities - Build & maintain thorough
documentation for system implementation - Primary contact for
questions related to how the system works from a business and a
technical perspective - Provide production support for Workday by
troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to
resolve issues Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or
equivalent certification - At least 6 years of experience with
Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits,
Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management) - At least 2
years of experience configuring business processes within the
Workday platform - At least 3 years of experience with calculated
fields or custom reports Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's
degree - 7 years of experience with Workday functional
configuration - Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits,
Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance
Management) - 4 years of experience with Workday Security or
Workday Reporting - 4 years of experience loading HCM data into
Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s) At

full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by

this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based
upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Cambridge, MA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Lead Platform Engineer
Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Lead Platform Engineer McLean,
VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Lead Platform Engineer New York, NY:
$172,800 - $197,200 for Lead Platform Engineer Plano, TX: $144,000
- $164,400 for Lead Platform Engineer Richmond, VA: $144,000 -
$164,400 for Lead Platform Engineer San Francisco, CA: $172,800 -
$197,200 for Lead Platform Engineer San Jose, CA: $172,800 -
$197,200 for Lead Platform Engineer Wilmington, DE: $144,000 -
$164,400 for Lead Platform Engineer Candidates hired to work in
other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with
that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to
any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan. Capital
