You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions. General Responsibilities: - Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios - Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business - Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards - Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners - Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results. - Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities - Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation - Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective - Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification - At least 6 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management) - At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform - At least 3 years of experience with calculated fields or custom reports Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7 years of experience with Workday functional configuration - Experience working in an agile delivery environment - Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management) - 4 years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting - 4 years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s) At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization). This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
