to our customers around the world. THE WORK The Back Shop Finance
Analyst provides day?to?day financial support for the Avionics,
Blades, Aerostructures (CT & Troy), Dynamics, and other Back Shop
product centers. The role translates quality performance into cost
impact, monitors budgets and EAC forecasts, generates actionable
analytics, and partners with quality center leads, quality
engineers, production supervisors, and materials managers to drive
financially?sound decisions that improve product quality
performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities will include: •
Capture and reconcile direct labor & overhead costs for back?shop
activities on a daily/weekly basis. • Analyze variances against the
approved production budgets and Program EACs; flag significant
deviations to Quality leadership, as well as the Operations Product
Cost team. • Convert quality metrics (First?Pass Yield, Scrap
Rework Repair, Defects per Thousand, QA Hours per Center) into
clear cost?impact statements. • Participate in Center?Level CABs;
provide finance input for root?cause analyses of quality
non?conformances and estimate financial exposure. • Feed data into
enterprise dashboards and help evolve them into true quality
performance indicators. • Participate in the Quality portion of the
annual FPR submission for labor and overhead across back?shop
product centers. • Identify and implement automation opportunities
for cost?tracking and reporting; be an advocate for continuous
process improvements. • Pilot AI?enabled toolsets as they become

Qualifications • Expertise in P1S/PM1 and excel, data analytics,
tableau, and familiarity with Sikorsky Quality and/or Operations. •
Demonstrated performance on root cause corrective actions, building
effective relationships, and forecast accuracy. • Bachelor’s degree
from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional
experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related
Master’s degree. Desired skills •Experience with SAP, Tableau, and
Microsoft Office Programs. •Proven ability to translate
operational/quality data into actionable financial insight and to
spot variance trends quickly. • Demonstrated ability to present to
Senior leadership. •Ability to work independently while supporting
multiple cross-functional customers across the Product Centers.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
