and prosperity. The selected candidate for this role will be the
Lead for a Systems Engineering/Integration Team performing in an
accelerated, collaborative, dynamic team environment. The ideal
candidate should have a strong Systems Engineering, Requirements,
Test and Architecture background as well as an understanding of the
software development lifecycle and experience with Agile concepts.
You will be System Engineering Lead with regular collaboration of a
broad group of partnered IC stakeholders at the program and
enterprise level. As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will be
responsible for: • Leading the SE team to perform in an
accelerated, collaborative, dynamic team environment, tightly
integrated with customers and contractors. • Managing, developing,
and coordinating program CDRLS through the program ERB cycle with
timely deliver to the customer. • Managing the planning,
organizing, and completion of Systems Engineering tasks within area
of assigned responsibility. • Collaborating with Product Manager,
Product Owners and Software Architect to establish roadmap backlog,
system architecture, and develop system level design. • Leading and
driving test/integration activities using Agile principles to
satisfy acceptance criteria at all levels. • Conducting system
analysis and interface definition. • Managing, executing, and
completing Enterprise and Program level integration and test
activities. Ensuring enterprise stakeholders are timely supported.
• Planning and creating test cases and tracking progress utilizing
Agile test management tools Basic Qualifications • Experience to
lead, organize and direct individual contributor work. • Experience
with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc. •
Experience leading, developing, and driving to closure Systems
Engineering artifacts such as: o Requirements Specifications and
Interface Control Documents (ICD) o System Design or Analysis o
CONOPS development o Experience establishing roadmap backlog o
Experience managing, completing, and coordinating program CDRLS. •
Experience leading, developing, and executing tests in an Agile
environment. o Experience leading, developing, and executing test
plan/procedure preparation and test execution. o Experience leading
and defining tests required to satisfy feature acceptance criteria.
o Developing and ensuring consistency of requirements and
traceability back to customer objectives o Test Plans and Test
Results • An active TS/SCI Clearance is required for consideration
this role with the ability to obtain a poly. Desired skills •
Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to
understand all aspects of the product being developed/produced. •
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
with the ability to develop clear messaging and communications for

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
