the place for you. The Work This position is for Manager of Digital
I&T Engineering & Test Systems, as part of the Sensors and
Effectors Integrated Engineering functional organization. The
manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sensor Digital
Design Department and will be responsible to achieve business
commitments. In this role, you will: • Provide technical,
programmatic, and administrative leadership to a group of
approximately 15 engineers of varying experience levels. • Direct
the team to ensure successful execution of subsystem level
integration and test activities including Engineering Integration &
Test of digital Hardware and Software Products as well as Formal
Qualification testing of Hardware and Software Requirements
Specifications, for multiple programs that span the Lockheed Martin
RMS lines of business. • Coordinate subordinate employee
recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work
assignments, salary, recognition and disciplinary actions. •
Oversee the design, development, documentation, Integration, and
testing of embedded control and digital signal processor products.
• Lead and ensure that the appropriate standards, processes,
procedures throughout the hardware development life cycle will be
followed. • Create and maintain staffing plans, coordinate staffing
forecasts, recruit and hire to develop the proper skill level mix
for the group. • Support the business in the identification and
pursuit of new business opportunities, ensuring engineering
products and services provided to business area programs are of the
highest quality, satisfying cost, schedule and technical
commitments with 100% mission success. • Ensure that cost estimates
generated for programs are accurate and that proposals, cost
estimates, ROMs, and statements of work are generated in a timely
manner. Work with program and technical leadership to appropriately
plan scope of work and organizational responsibilities. • Provide
oversight and ISO responsibilities of the Advanced Digital
Processing Lab on SSP-112. The individual will also provide
oversight of support for test equipment deployed at various local
labs and test facilities. • Interface with Cyber, IA, OE, and ISSO
personnel representing several classified SSPs. • Focus on
enhancing program execution by leveraging proven processes, sharing
lessons learned and adopting best practices from other parts of the
business or industry. • Serve as a mentor to his/her group in all
aspects relating to maintaining discipline to procedures,
incorporation of new beneficial tools and methodologies and
encouraging self motivation, innovation and empowerment. • Ensure
process adherence as well as identification and coordination of

package here! Basic Qualifications • Technical undergraduate degree
with a minimum of 5 years' direct professional experience required.
• Demonstrated competency in managing cross disciplinary teams. •
Must have excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills,
and be able to communicate at both programmatic and technical
levels with direct reports, senior management level, and the
customer. • Must have the ability to obtain & maintain a SECRET
level security clearance. US citizenship is required. Desired
skills • Technical graduate degree is highly desirable. • Proven
leader with domain expertise in AESA Test Systems and I&T is
highly desirable. • Domain knowledge of Test Software & Equipment
development, Engineering Lab Development Computing Infrastructure,
AESA Radar I&T preferred. • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin RMS
policies and procedures for managing equipment on classified

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
