Join our team as we collectively provide the best care for our residents. We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and exceptional Director of Maintenance for our skilled nursing facility. We need a self-starter, skilled at communication, and someone who is a positive motivator.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of maintenance -
Maintaining and coordinating department operations and personnel -
Inspecting equipment and facility for performance, safety, and upkeep -
Maintaining maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
Maintaining records or all repairs, warranties, and inspections
Guarentee that all maintenance work is in accordance with legal standards
Ensure the completion of all needed repairs and updates
Have the ability to respond to emergency calls

Requirements:

Must have at least 1-year experience working at a skilled nursing facility as a Maintenance manager -
COVID-19 vaccination is required
