Position Overview:At GoToro, an advanced digital job recruitment firm who serves clients such as Walmart, Amazon, and Nike, you will be an integral part of our digital success team.--As a junior Account Manager, you will work with a senior Account Manager to ensure our digital advertising--technology--is generating the best results for our fortune--5000's company.--This role is ideal for someone who wants to be client-facing and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced work environment while contributing to our client's success.--Ultimately, the Junior Account Manager will gradually take ownership of complete campaigns under the guidance of senior team members and show your ability to manage projects independently and drive results.*This role will be primarily in-person, with potential for some remote work.The goal of the position of the Junior Account Manager is to:

• Master the tasks related to client communication, campaign coordination, reporting, and campaign analysis.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Have the ability to derive meaningful insights from campaign metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Begin participating in strategic discussions and contribute valuable insights.
• Expand Industry KnowledgeKey Responsibilities:
  • Client Support and Communication:
    • Assist senior account managers in managing client relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather job details, requirements, and objectives for digital job advertising campaigns.
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
    • Campaign Coordination:
      • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the execution of digital job advertising campaigns across various platforms.
      • Assist in developing campaign strategies, including audience targeting, ad content, and placement.
      • Campaign Monitoring and Analysis:
        • Monitor campaign performance metrics, collecting and organizing data for analysis.
        • Contribute to campaign optimization by identifying trends and suggesting adjustments based on performance insights.
        • Content Development:
          • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and other content elements for digital job ads.
          • Ensure that ad content aligns with the client's brand identity and effectively communicates job opportunities.
          • Reporting and Documentation:
            • Assist in preparing regular campaign performance reports, summarizing key metrics and insights.
            • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign details, and progress.
            • Market Research and Learning:
              • Stay informed about digital advertising trends, recruitment industry news, and emerging technologies.
              • Continuously learn about different digital advertising platforms and tools to enhance campaign strategies.
              • Team Collaboration:
                • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and analytics, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
                • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.Qualifications:
                  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field.
                  • Strong interest in digital advertising, recruitment, and client services.
                  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
                  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
                  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
                  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
