building our Health Solutions team with the best talent and have a

hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from a

likeIn this position, you will support the Lead Consultant on some
client assignments and/or act as the Lead Consultant and own
project management to support the execution of client service
delivery. This position will/may act as the primary day-to-day
contact of clients and oversee the client team. The Health
Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the client Account
Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special
projects. This position includes analysis, drafting client
presentations, participation in client meetings and the
identification of client needs for other services. Additionally,
the Health Solutions Consultant will:
Partner with the actuarial and
broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysisOwn vendor
managementConduct plan document reviewManage client issues with
Account Executive oversightSupport team to resolve client issues

Three plus years of experience in the
group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge
of benefits and services offered to clientsExcellent organizational
and project management skills with strong attention to
detailAbility to handle multiple projects at one timeStrong
analytical skills and financial acumenAdvanced level of proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Strong
presentation skillsEducation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years
of industry experienceMust have appropriate insurance license/life

Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for
U.S. applicants) is $71,000 - $94,000 annually. The actual salary
will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and
abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market
data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's
geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in
one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual
discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any
bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the
applicable incentive plan.
A summary of all the benefits offered for that position: Aon offers
a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will
work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and
vision insurance at the employee's expense, critical illness
insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if
eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law,
and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility
