FACT (Forensic Assertive Community Treatment) supports adults with severe mental illness who are involved with the criminal justice system.JOB TYPE: Full-TimePAY: $150,000/YearSCHEDULE: 37.5 hours per weekRESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing medical treatment of participants, including prescribing and managing medications.
• Collaborating closely with the clinical coordinator to ensure the overall treatment plan aligns with the participant's mental health and criminogenic needs.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet participants in their home/community, alleviating participant anxiety around traditional clinical settings.
• Board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in forensic psychiatric issues or working with justice-involved individuals.
• Proven ability to manage complex mental health conditions and provide both psychiatric and medical assessments, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years experience in similar position
