Location: Morristown, New Jersey Join a progressive,
concierge-style internal medicine practice dedicated to inclusive,
patient-first care with a strong emphasis on the LGBTQ community
and transitional health services. This is a unique opportunity to
practice medicine in a relationship-driven setting where clinical

patient care. About the Practice: Our team serves a diverse
population, including professionals, families, and individuals from
the LGBTQ community, with a strong commitment to continuity of
care, proactive wellness, and affirming transitional health
services. We pride ourselves on building long-term patient
relationships through unhurried visits, personalized treatment
plans, and comprehensive primary care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to a diverse adult population, with a
focus on LGBTQ and gender-affirming care Conduct thorough patient
assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
Deliver hormone therapy management and support transitional care in
coordination with specialists as needed Maintain accurate and
timely documentation Participate in a highly collaborative care
team focused on long-term patient relationships Qualifications: MD
or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or
Family Medicine Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license
Experience or interest in LGBTQ healthcare, including
gender-affirming care and transitional medicine Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate,
