Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of
Rehabilitation Services, the Speech-Language Pathologist
efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based speech and
language evaluations and therapy. Through collaboration with other
specialty providers, this position determines and creates
appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird
patients. As part of a fast-growing, innovative startup, you'll

flexibility of a remote environment, with the option to work onsite
on a need basis (1x a week) in our Fort Washington, Exton,
Langhorne, King of Prussia or Doylestown PA clinic locations. What
makes you, you: Strong communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills. Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a
team environment. Proficient in navigating electronic medical
record systems and other technology. Familiarity with
evidence-based practice and commitment to staying up to date with
the latest research and clinical practices. Ability to maintain
confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations Strong time
management and organizational skills. Proficient in navigating
electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology.

effectively with patients, members of the care team, and colleagues
Open to professional and clinical feedback Flexibility to adjust to
a dynamic work environment. Must value operating in an innovative
environment. Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and
resourcefulness. How you'll make an impact: Complete a set number
(minimum 4 per week) of 90-minute evaluations (direct clinical
service) with 30-minute documentation time (non-direct clinical
service) Identify candidates for short-term intensive SLP treatment
programs and complete 30 minute treatment sessions Attend team
meetings (Approximately 1 hour per week) Maintain a clinical
schedule including a combination of morning and evening evaluation
times (8-10 am and 3-7 pm) and weekday/weekend availability. This
position will focus on weekday evaluations after 3 pm EST, or
weekend evaluations. The basics you'll need: Education: Possession
of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an
accredited university. Licensure: valid Pennsylvania state license
in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
At least two years of experience providing speech and language
services to clients, preferably in a clinical setting, with
experience in telehealth. Salary Range $55—$55 USD Join us! To
