Job Description Annual Salary: $200k-$240k (varies depending on years of experience) A mission-driven, community-based healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Supervising Physician to lead and support women’s health services across multiple care sites. The organization provides comprehensive, inclusive care to underserved populations and is committed to advancing health equity through integrated medical, behavioral, and support services. The Supervising Physician will oversee clinical operations related to sexual and reproductive health, obstetrics, and gynecology. This role includes direct patient care, provider supervision, quality assurance, and collaboration with leadership to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in women’s health, including preventive, reproductive, and gynecologic services. Supervise and mentor clinical staff delivering family planning and OB/GYN services. Collaborate with medical leadership to develop and implement clinical policies and protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and peer evaluations. Serve as a clinical consultant to other providers and departments. Support onboarding and training of new staff in women’s health practices. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to strategic planning for service expansion. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Provide coverage and leadership support in the absence of the department director. Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with Women’s Health experience. Licensed to practice medicine in New York State. Demonstrated leadership in clinical supervision and quality improvement. Commitment to health equity and culturally responsive care. Experience in community health or public health settings preferred.
