Job Description:
Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a
dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.
This role involves supporting our mission to deliver high-quality
rehabilitation and wellness services. The successful candidate will
work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans,
assist patients in exercises, and monitor progress. This position
requires a compassionate approach and a strong commitment to
patient recovery and long-term care. Assist physical therapists in
implementing treatment plans designed to help patients achieve
their health goals. Help patients perform specific exercises as
part of the care plan. Monitor and record the patient's progress,
and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and family
members about what to expect from the recovery process and how they
can aid their own recovery. Maintain patient confidentiality and
ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Ability to
follow detailed instructions from physical therapists and
physicians. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare
team members. An understanding of rehabilitation techniques and use
of physical therapy equipment and aids. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state
license CPR and BLS certification
