contract assignment Location: 937 East Main Street, Riverhead NY
11901 Duration: 8 weeks Shifts: 08:30:00 AM - 05:00:00 PM Max
Travel (More than 60 miles away from facility): $45.50/hr | $1820/
Weekly Breakdown: ($17/hr on W2/taxed: OT pay: $25.50 $1140/weekly
per-diems) Max Local: $36.50/hr: OT pay: $54.75 | $1460/ Weekly
Optician to assist patients. Measurements, Order materials, Check
oncoming work, Dispense glasses & contacts. Required: NYS license
(Ophthalmic Dispensing Professional License) 1 Year experience
