you to apply! Responsibilities: Performs HR operations including
but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave management,
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management;
productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and
safety; and training and development Oversee the entire recruitment
process and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for open
positions, working closely with departmental managers to understand
the skills and competencies needed for each role Manage the
onboarding and hiring process by sending offer letters, ensuring
completion of necessary documentation, and coordinating new hire
orientation Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants,
employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive
matters to the appropriate staff Support payroll processing by
updating employee files biweekly, managing vacation and sick leave,
validating hourly employee records, and tracking timesheets and
time-off requests Attends and participates in employee disciplinary
meetings and investigations Maintains compliance with federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended
best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain
compliance Maintain HR databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date
and accurate Undertakes additional responsibilities and supports
projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and contributing
to the overall improvement of the company Requirements: Strong
verbal and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal,
negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities Highly organized
with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills,
with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and
problem-solving capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks and
delegate when necessary Demonstrates integrity, professionalism,
and confidentiality Comfortable working both independently and as
part of a team In-depth knowledge of employment laws and
regulations Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or
similar software Familiarity with HRIS systems, with ADP Workforce
Now being a plus Capable of quickly learning new HRIS and talent
management systems Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience in
field required At least 2-4 years of human resource experience
