Job Description:

Modis seeks a senior administrative assistant for a contract job with our direct client.  Contract will be 6+ months in duration.
 
Required skills:
-Must be highly experienced working in fast-paced environment and able to multitask on various simultaneous projects and tasks
-Must be highly skilled in MS Office, with particularly strong skills in creating, enhancing and editing PowerPoint presentations and tracking & organizing data in Excel
-Must be experienced in organizing and coordinating meetings
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Must be able to clear standard criminal background check
