Job Description:

A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in MSPs to lead and streamline internal operations. This role supports company leadership by managing billing, coordinating vendors and client systems, overseeing procurement and contracts, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. You’ll work closely with the executive and technical teams to enhance efficiency and support ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities ? Manage monthly recurring billing, hourly labor billing, and project/product invoicing ? Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and contract administration ? Maintain records and execute tasks using systems like Autotask PSA, QuickBooks, and ConnectBooster ? Support internal operations for the technical team, reducing administrative escalations ? Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and leadership meeting preparation Qualifications ? 3 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support ? Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT environment strongly preferred ? Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, PSA platforms, and Microsoft 365 ?
