LEAD Our Client, a modern digital consulting firm built for the AI
era, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer/Design Lead to lead
design strategy, create net-new concepts, and partner with product
and engineering leadership. HIGHLIGHTS Own the vision, creation and
long-term success of design systems and product experiences. Hybrid
delivery flexibility with client travel and team co-locations (NY,
IL, CO). Be part of the modern digital consulting firm build for
the AI era. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE: Own and evolve component-based
design systems. Define patterns, components, and interaction
standards. Align Figma systems with engineering implementation
(Storybook). Ensure accessibility and scalability. Lead design of
net-new concepts. Translate business strategy into experience
vision. Define experience principles. Mentor and guide designers.
Establish design workflow and quality standards. Collaborate with
product and engineering leadership. Influence roadmap decisions
through design insight. ABOUT YOU! 7 years of UX/UI design
experience. Proven experience leading design systems. Advanced
proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Storybook. Strong leadership

estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company
and offered salaries may vary within the given range between
departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for
this level is $140,000 to $180,000, not including other competitive
benefits
