plus Commission Position Overview Razor Technology is seeking a
proactive, driven, and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to
join our team. This role blends the art of relationship-building
with the discipline of strategic consultative selling. You will
engage directly with clients, maintain detailed account records,
attend company and industry events, and work closely with our
technical experts to deliver modern IT and cloud solutions. This is
a high-visibility role that requires strong client presence,
attention to detail, and the ability to translate business
challenges into actionable technology outcomes. Key
Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the
primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Develop and nurture
long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Conduct regular
in-person meetings to assess needs, strengthen partnerships, and
ensure overall satisfaction. Act as a strategic advisor by aligning
Razors IT solutions with client business goals. Sales Growth
Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
within assigned accounts. Consistently meet or exceed monthly,
quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Conduct thorough needs
assessments to present appropriate cloud, cybersecurity, managed
services, and professional services solutions. Partner with
marketing on targeted campaigns and lead-generation activities to
expand account penetration. Day-to-Day Operational Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, detailed client records within the CRM at all
times. Document all communications, opportunities, and follow-ups
to ensure alignment and transparency. Attend and actively
participate in Razor events, networking functions, and
team-building activities. Internal Collaboration Build strong
internal relationships with Razors technical engineering teams.
Align sales pursuits with technical capabilities, delivery
expectations, and client success objectives. Share real-time client
feedback with leadership to help evolve and strengthen service
offerings. Market & Industry Knowledge Stay current with market
trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Leverage industry insights to refine sales strategies and present
clients with forward-thinking solutions. Qualifications & Skills
Education Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or
related field (preferred but not required). Experience 3 years of
experience in IT services sales, account management, or a similar
role. Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider
(MSP) environment strongly preferred. Proven track record of
consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills Proficiency
with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication,
negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Familiarity
with IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, Microsoft
platforms, data protection, and managed services. Technical acumen
or a technical background is a major plus, especially experience
collaborating closely with engineering teams or discussing IT
architectures with clients. Attributes Self-motivated,
results-driven, and accountable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
highly collaborative environment. Comfortable with local travel for
client meetings, onsite visits, and company events.
