Injury Partner with an existing book of business in personal
injury, class action, or mass tort cases who is eager to deliver
exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.
Responsibilities Litigate personal injury cases from intake through
resolution. Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear
in court. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations
and hearings. Collaborate with team members while mentoring junior
attorneys and staff. Qualifications JD and active New Jersey Bar
membership in good standing. 3 years of plaintiff-side personal
injury litigation experience. Strong knowledge of New Jersey tort
law, negligence, and civil procedure. Excellent research, writing,
