Job Description:
Our client, a global leader in the cosmetics and beauty
industry, is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team. As a
Contract Analyst, you will be part of the Contract Management
Department supporting the legal and procurement teams. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical
thinking, and proactive communication skills, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Contract Analyst
(Temporary) Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Pay Range: $44.15 Shift:
Morning shift What's the Job? Review and analyze contractual
documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal
standards. Support the negotiation and drafting of contract terms
with vendors and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records
of all contractual agreements and related documentation.
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to resolve
contract issues and discrepancies. Assist in the development and
implementation of contract management processes and best practices.
What's Needed? Previous experience in contract analysis or
management within a corporate environment. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications,
especially Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt
