underwriting teams. First American is looking to add a Title
Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in a
dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide
range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining
title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations
and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating
the resolution and completion of the title process. What You’ll Do:
Gathers information to resolve title issues Searches, examines, and
interprets real estate documents Audits calculations and legal
documents for accuracy Communicates recording information and
prepares legal property documents Communicates professionally with
all customers What You’ll Bring: Passion for helping customers
while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Excellent
verbal and written communication with both our internal team and
external customers Problem solver with strong organizational
skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn Natural
curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of
transactions Thrives in contributing to a team working together to
deliver beyond customer expectations Knowledge of MS Office suite
and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and
technologies High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of title
related experience preferred Pay Range: $22.16 - $29.56 Hourly This
hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for
this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of
factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills,
experience, business requirements and geographic location. What We
