at our Bohemia, NY office. The compensation for this role will be
$20.00-$22.00 hourly. This position requires a U.S Person or a
person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of
Commerce License. Position Summary: The Micro Assembler C is an
entry-level role responsible for performing basic assembly tasks
under supervision. This position requires working with small hand
tools and using a microscope for precise assembly operations. The
role involves following assembly procedures, reading technical
drawings, and contributing to meeting departmental production
goals. Primary/Essential Duties: - Perform a variety of basic
assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision. -
Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and other basic
operations. - Use small hand tools, such as tweezers and
microscopes, to assemble components. - Operate automatic equipment
as needed for specific assembly tasks. - Read and interpret
assembly drawings and documentation to follow correct sequence of
operations. - Assist in meeting department production goals and
quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work
environment. - Report any issues or defects to senior team members
or supervisors. /n /n Qualifications: - Education/Experience:
Minimum of 1-year micro-assembly or related work experience
preferred. - Skills: Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention
to detail. - Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and
basic technical documentation. - Ability to work in a team
environment and follow instructions. - Ability to work efficiently
in a fast-paced environment. /n /n Physical Demands: - Ability to
stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual
dexterity. - Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds. /n /n
