Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the production of
medical devices and supplies that directly contribute to the health

manufacturing field. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
with strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Inspect
products and materials for defects and compliance with quality
standards. Assemble components and products with precision and
according to production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized
work environment to ensure efficiency and safety. Record and report
production data accurately for compliance and continuous
improvement purposes. Participate in team meetings and training
sessions to stay updated with the latest manufacturing practices
and safety guidelines. Proficiency in using manufacturing machinery
and tools. Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of
quality. Basic understanding of computer applications for recording
and reporting purposes. Ability to perform physical tasks,
including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Good
communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance 401k
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus. Any
certification related to manufacturing or production safety
compliance can be advantageous.
