The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. This position will involve monitoring production workflow, estimating project durations, setting deadlines, and ensuring the smooth running of all production activities. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of production scheduling and planning. Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.2. Coordinate with different departments to gather and analyze production data.3. Determine and set production goals, and establish timelines to achieve these goals.4. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.5. Analyze current production performance and identify areas for improvement.6. Resolve issues that could affect the production schedule.7. Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.8. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.9. Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and develop solutions to overcome them.10. Prepare and present reports on production progress to management.Qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.3. Proficiency in production scheduling and planning software.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.7. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.10. Attention to detail and accuracy.11.
