Chanel aims to create long-term value in our society through
employee and corporate involvement across all pillars of our
Commitment to Society. The team is seeking a bright professional to
help engage employees through the CHANEL Community Program, which
empowers employees to channel their passions, talents, and sense of
purpose to contribute to and learn from our communities. Our ideal
candidate will have 5 years of experience and a passion for social
impact. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Help support the
day-to-day project management of the Social Commitment Strategy
including: Plan, promote, and track volunteer opportunities that
enrich the employee experience and amplify our social impact;
support current initiatives and identify new non-profit partners
and volunteer initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive
program awareness, geographic localization, and broad workforce
participation across the country; support the Commitment to Society
Ambassador network in retail and corporate.Partner with
Communications on engagement narratives that keep employees
informed and motivated to participate in our offerings; raise
awareness among employees about CHANEL's Commitments to Society
through content creation for the internal communication platform,
company emails, and team meetings and events. You are energized by:
Developing strategies with community-based organizations around
education and youth developmentStrorytelling and crafting
compelling content to promote involvement and impactCollaborating
with passionate individuals and teams to create impactful
volunteering and giving opportunities What you will bring to the
team: Conscientious self-starter with strong organizational skills,
project management skills and attention to detail.Collaborative and
strong team player, a true problem solver and
communicator.Demonstrated experience developing and managing
impactful programs and partnerships and executing effective
employee volunteer programming.Strong writing, presentation, and
storytelling skills, with ability to successfully communicate with
diverse audiences and professionals at all levels.Knowledge of
NGOs, social impact and industry best practices, and CSR trends and
concepts to bring value-add opportunities and partners to the
role.Passionate and knowledgeable about advancing equity in
education opportunities. Position Logistics: 3-5 years of social
impact / philanthropy experience Bachelor's degree preferred Travel
up to 10% Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days
in-person office presence at the New York City office *Chanel, Inc.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position
is $60,000 through $90,000. Base salary is one component of the
total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay
[may/will] be offered for this position. Other components
[may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
