Job Description:
Louis Vuitton North America is searching for a Compensation &
Benefits Specialist. This individual will be reporting to Payroll &
Benefits Manager, and they will be responsible for compensation and
benefits administration which includes work that is focused on
assisting and advising employees with compensation and benefit
changes, enrollment process, eligibility, and payroll. We are
looking for a transversal expert who will partner with HR Business
Partners and LVMH Shared Services to ensure all programs are in
compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements.Job
responsibilitiesPayroll:
- Review and audit bi-weekly payroll pre-check for C&B team
to ensure new hire information, pay increases, garnishments, and
other payroll related data have been processed accurately
- Work closely with LVMH Payroll team in processing bi-weekly
payroll for assigned region(s)
- Enter exceptions, transfers, and adjustments as needed through
time and attendance system in order to process bi-weekly payroll
based on state-specific PTO and final pay laws, in addition to LVMH
policies and procedures
- Audit compliance with all wage and hour regulations and mentor
management in appropriate actions
- Process weekly payroll audit reports for the full US to support
the C&B team with payroll processing
- Responsible for administration of benefit programs, including
enrollment for medical, dental, life insurance, employee assistance
program, retirement and other applicable plans.
- Partner with 3rd party vendor on relocations of new or existing
employees
- Escalation point of contact for HRBPs on complex benefit
issues
- Participate in the annual benefits Open Enrollment process for
the U.S. connecting with employees, audit enrollment, and
eligibility reports
- Provide quality customer service to employees by answering
benefit inquiries and resolving any potential issuesAdministration
& Reporting
- Coordinate Human Resources policies regarding administration,
benefits, payroll, time away from work, etc.
- Support employees in the use of timekeeping, onboarding, and
self-service systems.
- Partner with Retail Managers to complete new hire onboarding
process to ensure new incumbent is set up in timekeeping and HRIS
system
- Point of contact for training/coaching and escalated issues for
C&B coordinatorsProject Management
- Provide recommendations and educate user feedback for HRIS
development projects
- Provide required data for the LVMH Social Report and ensure
accuracy by analyzing results.
- Support Payroll & Benefits manager with many ad hoc projects
related to payroll, benefits & complianceProfile
- Minimum 3-4 years human resources experience in HRIS or
Payroll, retail environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational
skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality;
able to demonstrate discretion in handling highly sensitive
material and information
- Self-directed, positive, results-oriented professional who
thrives in high volume, fast-paced environment
- Team playerThe appointed candidate will be offered an annual
salary within the range of USD $87,000 - $90,000, a comprehensive
benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and
long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee
discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer
contributions.

employeesThe position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis
Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown,
