Job Description:

PeopleShare has an opening for a Quality Control Associate for a Pharmaceutical client in Moorestown, NJ 08057. This role is focused on GMPs, SOPs, and quality inspection of drug products, medical devices, packaging components, and label stock/clinical labels.

Position: Quality Control Associate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057

Overview:
The Quality Control (QC) Associate is responsible for performing inspections of all incoming materials and supporting Quality Assurance/Quality Control documentation. This role ensures compliance with GMP standards and supports overall inventory and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and compliant work area per GMP guidelines
• Perform incoming QC inspections for: Drug products, Medical devices, primary and secondary packaging components, and label stock and clinical labels
• Assist with end-of-job inspections and batch record reviews
• Support the development and revision of: SOPs, Data capture forms, and other QA/QC documents
• Enter and verify data in the Inventory Control System (ICS)
• Revise documents using ZenQMS
• Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in English (literacy and communication)
  • Strong mathematical and computer literacy
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Familiarity with GMPs and the pharmaceutical industry Physical Demand/Work Environment:
    • Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands
    • Must occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
    • Requires vision abilities such as close vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment
    • Exposure to warehouse and packaging environments (odor, dust, noise, chemicals, heat/cold)
    • Noise level is usually moderate
