agencies and strategic hospitals, fostering relationships that will
lead to exciting opportunities for our Business Development
team.What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation:Utilize your sales expertise to identify and
qualify potential acquisition targets through consultative sales
techniques, including cold calling and networking.
- Build Relationships:Engage with owners, administrators, and
senior representatives, establishing rapport and trust as you vet
and qualify leads.
- Coordinate Success:Set appointments for our Business
Development Manager, ensuring a seamless transition from initial
contact to meaningful conversations.
- Track Performance:Maintain detailed records of your outreach
efforts in our CRM, helping us continuously refine our strategy and
approach.
- Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with various departments,
from Sales to Business Development, to align our efforts and drive
results.Who You Are:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field.
- Experience:A minimum of three years in a customer-facing sales
role, preferably with a background in business development and cold
calling. Experience in home health or hospice is a plus.
- Skills:
- A quick learner with a proven track record of exceeding sales
goals.
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality,
capable of engaging even the toughest gatekeepers.
- High emotional intelligence, allowing you to build strong
relationships at multiple levels.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving
mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM
