In this role, you will contribute to shaping data strategies, leading technical teams, and building scalable data systems for our clients. With your expertise in cloud platforms, data lake architecture, and data migration, you will influence strategic decisions and ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and other related platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing data architecture team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader within the Data and Analytics team, designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for complex data systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate architectural and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining buy-in and support.
  • Solution Development: Lead and participate in solutioning sessions, translating business objectives into actionable machine learning and data science use cases.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build relationships with technology partners and lead joint sales pursuits for data and analytics solutions.
  • Cloud Migration: Shape business cases for cloud migration and modernization efforts, collaborating with key stakeholders such as CDO or CDAO.
  • Conference Presentations: Represent the organization by presenting at industry conferences or contributing to whitepapers.
  • Data Architecture Expertise: Define, architect, and deliver data and analytics solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Data Flow Design: Implement and manage Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures, focusing on efficient and scalable data flows.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Develop solutions using infrastructure-as-code best practices, integrated with robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hybrid Cloud Systems: Architect hybrid systems that seamlessly integrate on-premises resources with cloud platforms.QualificationsTechnical Expertise
    • 15+ years of experience as a solution architect specializing in data systems.
    • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services.
    • Proven ability to shape data strategy in collaboration with CDO/CDAO-level stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Snowflake, and Databricks.
    • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and data flow architectures.
    • Proficiency in infrastructure as code, CI/CD integration, and hybrid cloud systems.Leadership and Industry Engagement
      • Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
      • Demonstrated success in presenting at industry conferences or publishing whitepapers.
      • Management consulting experience is a plus.Soft Skills
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
        • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Education
          • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
