Job Description:
The Data Architect (Data & Analytics) will design and deliver
comprehensive data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The role
involves establishing Medallion architecture, defining standards,
automating processes, and collaborating with internal teams to
understand business needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise
in Microsoft Azure and Fabric, enabling efficient multi-source data
integration, security, and cloud analytics implementation.Key
Responsibilities--- Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions
using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with business goals.---
Implement Fabric workloads and features, including Lakehouse, Data
Warehouse, Semantic Model, Data Factory, and Power BI.--- Lead the
technical delivery of data projects and guide development teams in
implementing Medallion Data Lake architecture.--- Establish
standards for workspace architecture, secured access, data
structure, and cost optimization.--- Engage with internal data
consumers to gather requirements and provide expert recommendations
for Microsoft Fabric utilization.--- Architect data integration and
ingestion solutions, ensuring data quality, security, consistency,
and accessibility.--- Optimize data architectures for performance,
scalability, and reliability using Microsoft Fabric
capabilities.--- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft
Purview Catalog best practices, including domain definitions and
data governance policies.--- Create detailed architectural
documentation, including technical specifications, data flow
diagrams, and implementation guides.--- Provide training and
mentorship to development teams for successful adoption of
Microsoft Fabric.--- Assist in designing and implementing
cloud-based analytics solutions, including data warehousing and
real-time analytics.Required Qualifications--- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or a related field.--- Experience in designing and
delivering data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.--- Strong
expertise in Microsoft Azure services such as Synapse Analytics,
Data Factory, Storage Accounts, Logic Apps, Functions, and SQL
Database.--- Experience with Medallion architecture, data
governance, and security best practices.--- Proficiency in
integrating and ingesting data from multiple source systems.---
Strong technical leadership and ability to guide teams in
architecture implementation.--- Experience in optimizing data
architectures for performance and scalability.--- Excellent
communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders for
business alignment.--- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for data
cataloging and governance.--- Experience in cloud analytics, data
warehousing, and machine learning implementation.
