They are so dedicated to their craft that they would walk barefoot in the club without batting an eye. Our Maintenance Associates are often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum strapped to their back, reracking weights and ensuring the bathroom is spotless. We don't know what we would do without them! Responsibilities:--

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly Qualifications:--
  • Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment
  • Ability to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanliness
  • Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
  • Experience in handling and using cleaning products
  • Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work with hand tools and cleaning equipment
