Job Description - Inside Tech Sales - Pump Repair
Duties/Responsibilities: --- Generate service proposals based on
field reports --- Follow-up with customers on proposals --- Receive
and respond to customer inquiries --- Report activity and update
proposal status internally Required Skills/Abilities: --- Thorough
understanding of Pumps, Motors, Fans and related equipment. ---
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. --- Excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills. --- Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. --- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs.
