Pay - As a Customer Service Agent you'll: Handle all customer
contacts (phone, email & live chat), following the Customer Service
guidelines & procedures in a timely manner as per the defined
SLA's; Proactively remain current with internal customer service
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Investigate fraudulent player
behavior and take appropriate actions; Communicate through Customer
Relationship Management and incident tools; Perform additional
tasks such as updating & creating SOP's, investigating patron
