Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease therapies, is seeking a
strategic and dynamic Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager to join
our Sales & Business Development team in Deerfield, IL. As a
pivotal leader, you will be responsible for driving the sales of
diverse pharmaceutical products focusing on mental health
disorders. Your role will play a crucial part in influencing the
healthcare market, promoting product adoption, and ultimately
impacting patient lives positively. This role requires robust
knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and a proven track record
in navigating complex sales environments. The ideal candidate will
be a charismatic leader who can effectively manage and inspire a
sales team towards achieving outstanding sales results and
exceeding targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
accommodate corporate goals. Lead and direct a sales team to
achieve sales targets in multiple specialties within the
pharmaceutical sector. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's
products, services, and the competitive landscape. Establish and
maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic
partners. Manage budget and resources for maximum return on
investment. Organize and analyze sales data to inform strategic
decisions and predict future market trends. Ensure compliance with
industry regulations and ethical standards during all sales
efforts. Proven ability in building and leading sales teams Strong
analytical skills to evaluate complex sales environments and data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge
of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment

Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities Medical
