This role is built for a true huntersomeone who loves outbound activity, competitive goals, and turning opportunities into bound policies and financial products. This is a pure acquisition role . No management duties. No administrative focus. Success is measured by new business written, conversion rates, and revenue generated . This is a fully licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing to obtain licenses quickly with full agency training and support. Role Overview As an Acquisition Specialist , your mission is simple: bring in new clients and new revenue . You will aggressively pursue prospects, uncover insurance and financial needs, and present tailored solutions that protect clients while growing the agency.
