An organization is seeking a bilingual Service Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to provide essential support services. This role involves regular home visits, coordinating care, and serving as a vital resource for clients. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate diverse needs effectively. Responsibilities Include: Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide assistance. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality and satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports. Support clients in accessing community resources and programs. Ideal Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload. Previous experience in a service or coordination role is a plus.
